Do You Ship International?We currently ship internationally to most countries worldwide. Please send us an email at info.thegoldvault@gmail.com for questions if shipment to your country is possible. All international orders are shipped via FedEx Expedited for a flat rate of $99. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. International shipment tracking number will be provided upon shipment to your destination. Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by IF & Co. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tarrifs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. IF & Co. has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the USA. In case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed. Please call your local Customs & Duties Offices for more information regarding excise duties.

What Is Your Refund Policy?Please read carefully before making your purchase. All orders made through this online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by client (you), and we are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. Each piece of jewelry may take up to several weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how you have customized your order. However, some articles may be accepted for partial store credit or exchange if returned in salable condition within 10 days from the date received. Buyer will be held responsible for any restocking fees and/or reconditioning fees, plus all shipping fees as they are non-refundable. We will not refund for "buyer's remorse". Absolutely no refunds on custom engraved merchandise, custom made rings, grills or any custom designed work. Items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers' expenses and the validity of all claims will be decided by Gold vault jewelry . If the received order was faulty or damaged, we will properly meet obligations under the applicable laws.

What Is Your Shipping Policy?We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card OR the address confirmed on your PayPal account. After your order is fulfilled and packaged, it will be shipped via FedEx Express. All domestic and international packages will require signature confirmation. Orders generally ship Monday through Friday only. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Multiple items order under a single order may not always ship together. In the case of multiple shipments for an order, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. To ensure a safe and secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. International buyers will be responsible for any import fees and/or taxes.

How Fast Can I get My Product?Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for domestic delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout.
